  При остальных нарушениях скидка на штрафы ПДД действует.
  
  Срок оплаты штрафа со скидкой

  Если причина уважительная и документы
  это подтвердят, срок оплаты штрафа ГИБДД со скидкой 50% восстановят.
  Если доводы и подтверждающие документы неубедительны,
  в восстановлении откажут.
